CulaBaby was born from years of lived experience with sleep deprivation, exhaustion, and the mental load of parenthood. Through working with hundreds of families and through my own journey, I discovered that behind many sleep struggles is a nervous system that needs support.
Today, I combine evidence-based sleep science with breathwork and nervous system regulation to support parents, children, and professionals, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and better able to cope with everyday life.
My mission: to help families reclaim their energy, sleep, and calm — one breath, one nervous system at a time.
